Nemak Poland is commited to promoting young talent

In order to implement the Nemak value of Respect & Responsibility, Nemak Poland cultivates close contacts with the technical colleges and universities of its surroundings. Young talents are given the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of a modern company - and to orient themselves at Nemak Poland with regard to their professional development and to receive important information. In this context, guests of the Silesian University from neighboring city of Gliwice recently visited the plant in Bielsko Biala. On one hand the participants of the so-called Motokrada project were guests, on the other students of the Specialty MC 8 foundry technology.

Both groups enjoyed a plant tour and had the chance to discuss their questions with specialist of the plant. A win-win situation for both, the students and Nemak Poland. The young talents are having the opportunity to gain knowledge from first hand and our Polish company gets in contact with possible candidates before they start their career.
