The 5th edition of our Nemak Engenius Program in Mexico has come to an end. After 5 weeks of hard work, 9 teams conformed by 27 talented participants presented their projects to solve some of the biggest challenges currently faced by Nemak.
By using the design thinking methodology and receiving guidance from our expert leaders and innovation coaches, these young students presented their ideas and projects to improve some of our processes before the judges.
The winners of this challenge received paid internships and scholarships to continue advancing in their careers.
