Mid-Level Manager Leadership Training in Asia accelerates our strategy 2025

​As part of series of Nemak Leadership Journeys, Mid-Level Manager (MLM) Leadership Training being deployed globally and created specifically for mid-level managers. Beginning at November of 2018, a group of outstanding managers in Asia started their the 14-month leadership development journey with their teams and peers, just recently, Module 2 has been successfully completed in Shanghai on Oct.17th -18th.

MLM Training aims to accelerate the development of mid-level leaders to enable our 2025 strategy, delivering results through improved execution of Nemak competencies and strong embodiment of our values and helping transform Nemak's capability of developing leaders.
