“Envision the future" Workshop

Over the past couple of years, Nemak has been working on developing an innovation culture based on the use of methodologies tools, such as Design Thinking, that helps us in the ideation process and have had good results so far, yet we need to keep strengthening our strategy in order to generate more and bigger innovation projects.

With the integration of the PD North America Team, it is essential to work together on a shared innovation strategy for the upcoming years, by identifying the current challenges that our industry is facing and having the right tools to be able to foresight and anticipate to our customer's needs.

For this, a two-day innovation training session was held last week in Monterrey, where the Product Development Team North America got to understand the importance of innovation through a series of practical and dynamic exercises, to help Nemak embark on a strategic innovation transformation in order to challenge the status quo and anticipate our customer's needs to generate value.
