Our talent at the II regional conference in Ulyanovsk

HSE specialist Vladimir Polushkin shared Nemak experience in organizing safety work culture and promotion of a healthy lifestyle at work.

In September, the II Regional Conference on Occupational Safety was held in Ulyanovsk. The Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region, Sergey Morozov led the discussion of labor safety and aimed to achieve zero injuries in regional production companies. More than 200 HSE specialists took part in this initiative.

HSE specialists of the biggest regional companies shared their work experience in assessing the risks to employee health and promoting a healthy lifestyle of the employees.

Nemak HSE specialist Vladimir Polushkin was one of 4 speakers which presented the best in class experience to the attenders. He made a presentation about the great contribution that Nemak makes to the innovative development of the economy of the Ulyanovsk region by improving the quality of job, improving labor productivity and increasing awareness of employees in the field of labor protection, by involving them in the process.
