Unified deep expertise in material technologies supports advanced solutions in aluminum, magnesium, ductile iron, and steel assemblies.
Nemak offers a unique and comprehensive range of casting and assembly solutions, including HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting), LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting), GSPM (Gravity in Semi-Permanent Mould ), Rotacast™, CPS™ (Core Package System), ductile iron sand casting, as well as advanced assembly processes.
Capabilities for large structural components and battery housings will be further strengthened by adding HPDC equipment with a clamping force of up to 6,100 tons.

Nemak is strengthening its global presence to better serve customers with localized expertise and scalable production capabilities.

The expanded manufacturing footprint nine strategically located production sites, including in-house toolmaking capabilities and HPDC equipment for large structural components.
Nemak is further reinforcing its global network of R&D and engineering centers through two R&D hubs in Schaffhausen (Switzerland) and Suzhou (China), enhancing innovation, customer proximity, and global collaboration.
